Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Your Numbers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

Your Numbers is an expense tracking and personal budgeting application operated by Juan Lapadula Plá (Spain). The service allows you to track expenses, categorise transactions, connect bank accounts, and use AI-powered analysis tools.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Bank Account Syncing

The service offers optional bank account syncing. By connecting a bank account, you authorise Your Numbers to retrieve read-only transaction data on your behalf. We do not store your banking credentials. You can revoke access at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Bank data is used solely to populate your transaction history within the app. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the syncing functionality (e.g. the account aggregation provider) or as required by law.

4. AI Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to analyse your financial data. AI-generated suggestions and insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI outputs. Always verify important financial decisions independently.

When you use AI features, relevant data is sent to OpenAI for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscription & Payment

Your Numbers is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and billing intervals are shown at sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, decisions, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data or AI features. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a prominent notice within the service before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
